Great experience. I've signed up for wbpay in a bid to reduce the costs of taking payments for our property business. Spoke to Jordan Weldon who set us up quickly and efficiently, but also found us incredible rates which nicely surprised us. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and we're delighted with the outcome.

The steps taken to verify who I am in order allow me to get back onto the wbpay dashboard are multilayered (as it should be). However, all was fine in the end. I even made Aysha laugh. Wbpay were great setting up our virtual terminal, and when we wanted to add a payment feature I was able to speak directly to the sales team who were informed and explained the best option for our business. Chloe Bayley was particularly helpful in guiding me through onboarding process and helping with signing the documents digitally, she responded to my emails very promptly.

My new WBPay account experience with Syed Islam has been so far very positive. Syed has the patience and the knowledge I was looking for; you can tell that WorldPay is a reliable company if you are looking to receive secure and effective card payments. The explanations Syed gave to me were very clear, and he sounds quite confident; therefore, I decided to go ahead and open a new account with WorldPay. All docs were signed via docusign and I got immediate access to my personal payemnts dashboard. So far so good, and I hope the future it will be even better!

Just spoke to a very helpful advisor called Keith, I’m having trouble with the monthly invoices/statements since they changed the format last August. I haven’t quite resolved my issue yet as I hadn’t got my laptop to hand and I couldn’t access certain things on my phone. With Keith’s clear instructions though I feel sure I will now know what to do. Great service as always. WBpay are slightly more expensive but I truly believe you get what you pay for and this is why I’ve kept my business with them for so long!

Excellent service, rates & onboarding. We run 3 websites and a physical store. We previously used a mixture of Shopify payments online and reduced fee Zettle in store. We've now moved all our card transactions to a single provider - WBPay. Not only will this save us £1000s a year in card fees, but the service has been infinitely better than we received before, payouts are also next day and the physical card machines a HUGE improvement over the Zettle ones. The onboarding process was so simple and we have had excellent service from our Account Director Alex. We really should have moved years ago!

In the very murky world of internet banking charges and distant call centres, has emerged a ‘new’ wbpay. Via Tony Saxby our WBPay Guru we have had a very pleasant and productive journey to our new merchant services with Worldpay. Not only are they very competitive but their improved focus on business support is long awaited in the digital world. Tony has been sharp, attentive and very straightforward in his dealings with our business and I look forward to working with him from now on.

James has been dealing with our account now since October last year, and the customer service from James has been second to none. He is very helpful with any query or issue that we have ever had to approach him with, he is always contactable, and if he is busy he comes back to us very promptly. James has opened our eyes to different services available from WBPay which we have now signed up to, thanks to how easy and well these were explained to us by James. He is a pleasure to work with.

As an online retail business we have used Wbpay to manage our payments for a number of years and over this time have they have always operated with no issues when it comes to payments into our account. Of course the market changes and rates change and in turn you start to look at other possible providers. We ourselves have gone through changes and there were cost savings to be made within the business. What I have found is that if you maintain good communication with your provider they will always do their best to work with you in offering competitive rates to the current markets Laurie and Jamie were brilliant in working with us and looking into our business and current rates to see what cost saving can be made. Their review and feed back to us was great and the solution presented to us clearly showed this. Our experience overall is very good Laurie and Jamie have been great to work with and have made the changes hassle-free. Would highly recommend to others.

We started the process of getting the PDQs changed over some months ago, Kelly has been patient, understanding and a great help with the transition from our old provider. Craig Wilson in sales! After repeatable phone calls 2 which were in excess of 52 mins on hold was put through to a straight forward problem solver. Also thanks to the lady that put me through to his department and requested repeat call back from settlement department. Quick efficient and I'm fairly sure Craig Wilson stayed over his working day to help me resolve the account issues.

I am delighted with the Wbpay terminal which i now use in my taxi. It works in what were dead area for both vodaphone and EE The account manager George Mitchell was very helpful throughout the application process which wasn’t straightforward due my unique personal circumstances

Elliot has been very helpful with trying to facilitate the Wbpay integration into our software and frankly without his help I'd have given up and found another company who are easier to deal with. However, I've found dealing with Wbpay far more challenging to deal with than Elavon. The deduction of fees from the settled balances increases admin and multiple merchant ID's because I need virtual terminal and Pay By Link is confusing and potentially costs more due to minimum spends.

We integrate Wbpay across a number of our websites - the ones that require a payment gateway. Wbpay have a number of benefits compared to other payment gateways which is great for our customers. Importantly for us however is Deap (our rep. He's always on hand to promptly answer questions, communicate/co-ordinate and is genuinely helpful. Happy to recommend.

The service received from Michelle Parfitt (Wbpay) was first class Nothing was to much trouble and she kept us informed at every step.

Steven came out for a site visit to talk us through everything, explained all the charges then came out again to get us all set up a few weeks later. Cannot fault his service to us. We've had a couple of issues needing clarified and some minor tweaking to the service and again he, and the helpdesk, were on hand to help us get the service we require.

I was contacted by Shane Campbell about moving to world business pay and when he came to see me he couldn't have been more helpful, I agreed and when the new machine arrived it wasn't as portable as he made out, I spoke to him when he came to set it up and he agreed to just swop it for the next model up. No question about why just a straight swop and not looked back since, fantastic experience from start to finish.

Amy was really helpful and very apologetic and polite while dealing with my issue. It wasn't really her department but she liaised for me and got a resolution. Amy gets 5 stars but the issue really could have been handled better in the first place.
